Human Resources Manager
Gallup Community Health is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager. Position filled!
The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and is responsible for all human resources functions at Gallup Community Health, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws and HRSA requirements. This role partners closely with leadership to support a positive, compliant, and well-functioning workplace.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding new employees, credentialing support, benefits administration, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager serves as a liaison between staff and leadership, leads corrective actions and investigations, oversees HR policies and systems, and supports retention initiatives. The role also coordinates public relations and media requests.
Position Requires an associate’s degree at minimum, prefer a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field and at least three years of human resources or related experience. Success in this role requires effective communication skills (spoken and written), attention to detail, working knowledge of employment law, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
